The Metropolitan Police are being sued by Channel 4 Skins actor Daniel Kaluuya, after the actor was arrested after being falsely accused of being a drug dealer.

Daniel Kaluuya has instructed his solicitors to sue the Metropolitan Police for assault and for false imprisonment after the 24 year old actor was arrested over the drug dealer claims.
