It seems that becoming a father could be forcing X Factor boss Simon Cowell to turn back on his bachelor life.
Simon Cowell has asked estate agents in Beverley Hills to quietly show qualified buyers his luxury 7,265 square foot bachelor pad and has told them he is looking to sell his home for a price tag of $20 million.
The X Factor judge has only had his Beverley Hills home for around two years. It seems that becoming a father has had Simon Cowell re-look at his life and realised that things have to change, but friends of the music boss have said they are shocked he is selling his home which he bought for $15.5 million.
Simon Cowell has been very secretive on his future plans with Lauren Silverman who is expecting his first child. The X Factor boss has refused to admit or deny that he will wed Lauren but friends of Simon Cowell have said he is old fashioned and wants to do the right thing by his child, which according to his friends means he will marry Lauren.
It is not clear where Simon Cowell intends to live once he has sold his Beverley Hills house or if he and Lauren Silverman plan to move in-together, whatever his plans are, he has still shocked the world with the news that he is to become a father.
