We all do it. We say we are going to work out after a long day at the office. But does it ever happen? Of course not. When the day starts, you are ready to go. You have all this energy from your coffee. Then lunchtime hits, you get a good meal in your tummy, and you think, “Yes! I will work out after work today!” All of the sudden, 2 P.M. rolls around and all you really want to do is lay your head down on your desk and take a nap.
