What To Do When There Are No More Tears To Cry. Throughout the ages having no more tears to cry, has always been seen as a good stage in life. But what happens then it becomes closely associated with dry eye syndrome and actually becomes a problem? Dry eye syndrome is a medical condition in which an individual suffers from a chronic lack of sufficient lubrication and moisture on the surface of his or her eyes. This condition can be either a constant but subtle irritation or an ocular inflammation of the anterior front tissues of a person's eyes. Dry eyes, by medical terms, is known as keratitis sicca. This means the decrease in the quality or quantity of tears.
