'Do Something' By Luminites A Big Let Down

Last years Britain's Got Talent lit up when the Luminities came on stage, they brought something to the show that it was crying out for, talent. The talented singers were said to be the UK answer to The Black Eyed Peas but sadly with their new single, 'Do Something' it seems like any comparison is dead in the water.

The Luminites had and still do have a great deal of talent, each one of them has talent and together they are a very strong talented force, however, the debut single 'Do Something' is a let down.

In2town was expecting so much from the Luminites, we championed them from the off and was expecting their debut single to be amazes, to show all their voices, to come out with a bang, instead the debut single which comes out on the 10th November is like a dud firework, should be beautiful, sparkling and make a loud noise, but instead fails to ignite and goes in a puff of smoke.

We are not saying that the group members, Ben, Corey, JJ and Steph, will not have a hit record, what we are saying is their debut single will not be a number one and should not have been released as their debut single.

This is a group that deserve all the success of the world, they should become an international act and should become as big as the Black Eyed Peas, however, they need to get proper direction and whoever is advising them at the moment on what to and what not to release should be put out to pastures new. The Luminites need proper guidance, guidance from someone who knows what the music scene is doing now and not twenty years ago.

We are really disappointed with 'Do Something' By the Luminites but we are sure they will come back with a second single that will be much better as long as they stop listening to the person they are getting advice from.

Harry Potter Daniel Radcliffe Denies Freddie Mercury Role

It had been rumoured that Daniel Radcliffe would take on the Freddie Mercury role in the forthcoming biopic of the Queen singer after Sacha Baron pulled out, however, Daniel himself has denied these stories.

Sacha Baron pulled out after a huge disagreement on the way the film was written and the direction of the film, leaving a huge problem for the bosses of the film. Since then there has been a number of names put into the hat with Daniel Radcliffe being the front runner.

Producers were said to be seriously considering giving the role to the Harry Potter star, but Daniel Radcliffe has denied this and has even said he is totally wrong for the part.
Queen's Roger Taylor has said the reason behind Cohen's departure was down to the seriousness of the film, according to Roger Taylor, Brian May thought the comedy actor would make the film too humorous.

Gary Barlow has finally released new material as a solo artist, we have to say it has been a long time coming, especially as the head of Take That is known as one of the best song writers in the world.

Let Me Go has hit written all over it. This single is not his usual style but that is what makes it so great, Let Me Go is a song that will get you tapping your feet and have you singing along. The King of song writing sure knows how to turn words into a musical hit.

The new single will be released a week before his album titled Since I Saw You Last, hits the shops on the 17th November, and already music experts who are saying the new song is across between the The Beatles and Mumford & Sons will reach the number one spot in the charts.



The Since I Saw You Last album contains some amazing songs and there is even a duet on their with Sir Elton John called Face To Face which was also written by Gary Barlow
