Sarah Jessica Parker is the latest star to join Instagram.

It's only fitting that the actress, who became synonomous with New York from her days on Sex and the City, posted her first few shots from around town. "Images I've been collecting on my way to and from work. X sj" read her first caption, alongside a photo of a clock tower.

Her other snaps include a sign by a homeless man, a discarded Elmo loofah and a woman dancing at Columbus Circle.
